Her classes are challenging, uplifting, and approachable, as she takes you beyond the physical aspects of yoga, and brings you into your own sacred space. Through a variety of poses, breathwork and conscious sequencing, Lihi’s classes will build strength, flexibility, and balance through stability, as well as provide the space to discover the truth in transition, and the sense of lightness you’re looking for in your practice.

Jessica Archer
Registered Yoga Teacher

Jessica began her journey into the depths of yoga in 1997, and continues to find new twists and turns on the path each day! She hopes to offer her students the possibilities of consistent expansion in their bodies, hearts and lives, along with the choice to connect to their own truth and potential in every moment. She teaches playful, challenging classes with a focus on alignment, breath and connection to one’s own heart. In addition to teaching public classes, she teaches yoga to incarcerated teen girls and to recovering drug addicts with The Art of Yoga Project.

 

Jessica is an E-RYT 500 certified Yoga Instructor with over 1500 hours of training and is also a certified Level 1 Reiki practitioner. She maintains a deep foundation in the original (circa 2000) principles of Anusara™ yoga, has specific training to teach at risk youth, and studies Tantric philosophy, meditation, the eight limbed path, anatomy, pranayama, and how these practices can help us to engage in and live a more empowered life. She offers deep gratitude to all of her teachers – past, present and future.

Aylin Guvenc

As a Yoga teacher Ay strives to offer a contemplative, strength, and stability based mind-body practice that focuses on relaxation and healing through mindful and intelligent movement. Her classes are informed by her Anusara training and regular meditation practice. Using specific alignment and sensitivity to breath, she guides students to make concrete connections between the mind, body and spirit. She believes that the way we interact physically and mentally with our asana practice is a metaphor that helps us see with greater clarity, wisdom and compassion the ways we respond to life. Her classes tend to be meditative and soothing, or playful and enlivening.

Allison Hodge
Registered Yoga Teacher

Allison began teaching yoga in 2008, after completing Bhakti Flow Teacher Training with Rusty Wells.  Through the years, she has studied and practiced various yoga styles to infuse her classes into a heartfelt and dynamic flow.  Her classes are strong, steady and inspirational with attention to breath, alignment and meditation.

 

Allison is also a certified holistic nutritionist and wellness consultant who empowers individuals to heal their bodies and lead vibrant, soulful lives.  Her work has been published in MindBodyGreen and One Medical Group.
