the challenge

During the 1st week of the Challenge, you'll meet with one of our personal trainers or instructors for a one-on-one consultation.
We'll take your interests and preferences into account
to create a program that focuses on your specific fitness or wellness goals.

Then, you'll receive workout cards to track your progress. The Challenge is to do the following:
Cardio - 20 minutes at your target heart rate - 3x a week  •
Strength training - 20 minutes - 2x a week  •
Plus measurable progress towards achieving your goal  •

Challenge participants must be members of PHHC.


the prizes

Of course, the real prize is being fit, feeling good and achieving your goal.
To feel even better, all Challenge winners will receive a special gift basket
compliments of PHHC and Flow Studios, and a chance to win the Grand Prize.
This year's grand prize includes a treasure trove of giveaways from neighborhood merchants,
including Athleta and Hlaska.
