Flow is one of the highest states of positive emotion. It occurs when your skills are used to their utmost - matched against a challenge just barely within your grasp. Athletes call it being "in the zone." Most of us know it as those experiences when time stands still and there's nowhere else you want to be.
As you become fitter and stronger, you'll also become more confident. We've seen it happen time and time again. And then, you're also more willing to take risks - something you have to do if you're going to pursue your dreams. For us, that's how we're helping you find your flow.
