Are you too busy? Is the workout you planned always the first thing to go? Are you appointment-driven?


So many of our clients have told us that personal training is exactly what they needed to stay motivated and consistent. Whether you're new to fitness or rehabilitating an injury, a new mom wanting to return to pre-baby fitness level or a busy professional with barely enough time to work out, we are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness and wellness goals.


To get started, find a trainer that’s right for you. This usually requires two things: personality fit and availability. (We’ve taken care of making sure they’re well qualified.) Then, schedule your initial consultation with one of our trainers. Together, you’ll discuss your goals, review your health history and conduct a fitness assessment. Then, we’ll work with you to develop a personalized fitness and wellness program based on your goals and interests.


Each session is 60 minutes, and ranges from $75 to $125, depending on the trainer.
