He specializes in weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, sports specific training, core stabilization, and the correction of muscle imbalances which result from daily activities.
Glen uses his enthusiasm for fitness to teach early morning boot camps and to inspire young athletes at local high schools. He has an extensive background working with professional fighters and world class athletes. Of course, nutrition is a vital aspect of any fitness program, and after a career as a 5-star chef, Glen also will assist you in creating a nutritional plan.
