Certified Pilates Instructor
Pilates has been Clarissa’s source of strength and fitness since her first experience in 2003 as an alternative to knee surgery. After helping her recover from a spinal injury in 2011, it became a priority in her life and now her profession.
As a trainer certified through ITT Pilates with a strong background in biomechanics and movement anatomy, her sessions rely on alignment, proper mechanics, and mind-body awareness to create strength, flexibility, posture, balance and a more capable body overall. She works with clients of all levels, and is passionate about sharing with others the changes she has experienced as a result of Pilates.
